Beer and its production intrigues me since school days, already. When I got aware that there is a possibility to study brewing, the decision for the further career has been made very quickly.
How it all began
The studies in Weihenstephan made all necessary knowledge for a deep unterstanding for as well as a successful activity in the brewing industry available to me.
Within the 20 years, I have been working in the, how I prefer to call it, „big family“, I have seen various changes in technology. Most specifically also through and with my company.
